The staff are always helpful and friendly despite being really busy. Will give advice and I’ve almost always had prescriptions ready and waiting for collection.

Shocking. I don’t think I’ve ever just walked in and got my prescription without a 30 min wait. It’s never ready. Staff stand around talking behind the screen. Running customers down about them being rude to them. They should train the staff to actually do the job they are paid to do instead of gossiping when customers...
