There was a guy in today between 20-30 that served my mom and dad, they were after the poltergeist movies on dvd, this member of staff was brilliant with them and managed to find the discs even tho some vile scum had stolen the cases that were on display. I had quite a poor experience here, problems parking, tight layout of shop, click and collect wasn't ready even though I'd had an email saying it was ready to collect, staff were distracted but friendly and polite.
