Extremely poor service. Would give 0 stars not one star. They deserve to be shut down. Very rude staff and fobs you off just so they can go home early. We walked in at 7.40pm at Russells hall whsmith branch and she said 'were closing in abit, be quick' we literally had 20 minutes to shop. She was rushing us and not being... read full comment
