Cancel orders at the last minute, nearly an hour later and when everywhere else closed. Inconsiderate and disorganised service.

I haven't shopped there yet as I'm out of district of many years... that saying if the shop and staff are like the old 'Potts' family owners... of many a year gone... (?)....then I'm sure the people there and service is second to none... as most Dudley people are....?
