    Staff must be on low pay so obviously didn’t wanna deal with my nieces faulty balloon and tried to tell me it wasn’t faulty and her work colleague agreed saying it could be something to do with room temperature. As soon as I left the shop the balloon started going down again and my mom is trying to see what she can... read full comment
