Staff are always helpful to my elderly mum but getting through on the phone is a nightmare. No answer for ages and then a high-pitched sound and no one on the line. (Happens repeatedly)

Really annoyed! Took a prescription in yesterday, but only half could be fulfilled. Went back today for the rest to be told we'd have to get another prescription for the remaining meds and would have to pay for that new prescription to be filled! £20+ for one prescription! ??

I love this pharmacy and needing medication frequently means I’m there a lot! Everyone is so helpful, the Manager can’t do enough and he’s so pleasant I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The girls have even stayed late to help me. If there are any issues I don’t think ppl realise it’s usually down to inefficient GP’s!!!
