Dr Yakub is absolutely amazing!! He went above and beyond to try and sort my insulin out (at 6pm at night, and took him until 7pm, when he was meant to finish surgery at 5pm). I have been trying to get it sorted for months because of a national problem with the 100ml Tresiba pens.Dr Yakub, thank you very much!!
