Terrible was meant to have my son's prescription ready yesterday been today and they still haven't got it ready when I asked the staff they was whispering to each and laughing at me thinking it's funny. service is shocking need to re order it now with another doctor just so my son can have his antibiotics. Terrible service! Rude more interested In money then what is best for customers!

Spend hours ringing them as they never answer phone, staff get defensive when you ask why they haven't got items in stock especially items like inhalers. They are rude and lazy. Even when you call or go in the day before and ask them to get the medication ready to collect they say they will and don't so you end up waiting... read full comment
