Placed an order for click + collect. Unfortunately, there had been an issue with the system, but the staff went above and beyond to rectify the order & gave me complimentary hot drink & cake whilst I waited.
Excellent staff & great food as always.

Far to interested in the phone orders and the que backs up out of the shop and round the corner.
Also pasties are slightly overdone and sausage rolls undercooked.
