Table of four of us just walked out. First off, yes they were busy but a simple "be with you in a minute" wouldn't go amiss, as the woman walked literally past my 30yr old son..twice! Eventually saying "are you waiting to be served" as he continued to wait at the counter, why else would he stand there for nearly 5 minutes?... read full comment

Staff are extremely ignorant and have no basic serving skills - over 5 mins of waiting for my order to be taken before they even acknowledged I was waiting ... then another customer walks through the door and they serve them first!
My family and I walked out and took our business elsewhere.
