Went to the shop today got some stuff went to the till shop assistant lady refused to serve and said rudely use self service I said ma'am I need to buy lottery tickets aswell and she said buy from somewhere else I'm busy feel embarrassed and angry and walk out of the shop don't they spossed to help customers?

It's lost its bulk of stock after going into a smaller unit, so there's very little choice. You're encouraged to use the self-service tills and not go to the counter. Staff not very friendly.
