Awful realy awful staff and management are useless. Lack of customer service "whats that " Not like anyone from tesco will read this but I sooner shop in aldi better customer service.

Just been to the cafe at 16:35 and I was ordering on the electronic board when a member of staff came up to me to say they were not serving as they were due to close shortly . The website states the cafe is open until 5pm therefore they should serve until 5pm very bad service.

This store is unfriendly.........store manager was rude and unpleasant. Lots of others have found the same. There is even footage online of her attacking a customer. I wouldnt have written this review if i hadn't seen that my experience wasnt isolated...........poor show Tesco for not respecting customers or reprimanding... read full comment
