Went to visit the Coventry store just to start looking for a new sofa. When we arrived we were greeted in a very friendly manner and with no hard sell just taking time to explain all the features and pros and cons on each sofa we looked at. Once we decided which one we wanted we where then told about a deal on the carpets...
