Have to say, the receptionist, I think her name was Mia, absolutely stood out. I’ve stayed at the savoy and the welcome was on par. She couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome and was really helpful. Absolutely made the stayed worth it

Very friendly lady at check in and the check in process was super quick. Quite a bit of parking available and the hotel was easy to find. It is across the road from a petrol station and right next to a restaurant. Nice and quiet area, would stay here again.

Stayed here before, at first glance it doesn't look as nice as othe Premier Inns but actually, it really isn't bad at all, in fact the carpets were cleaner than Stansted Premier Inn room we stayed at in June.
