Very poor organisation with staff moving from desk to desk. Forced everyone into the one queue so people looking for some stamps had to wait behind complex overseas money transfers and large valuable parcels.The second desk was closed for a long time during the hour I spent in the queue.

Just went in to drop off parcels which I?ve already paid for, they collected them and charged me over £10 for parcels I?ve already paid for. When I confront them about it they blame me and start shouting at me. This is fraud and they are scamming their customers. Do not recommend please be careful.

The young lady at the counter was very kind and helpful. She was quick and really helped me to send the mail when it was about the closing time.

Came across an extremely rude lady today. Had two returns for which I had QR codes and it was a quick return package. The moment I stepped in she was giving me attitude. When I told her I needed to pay money in she was getting angry and over explaining even though I said to her I understand and then she had an issue with £5 notes, after that she stormed off into the back with the glass where she proceeded to slam the door loudly, tell me to hand the money to her even though I?m trying to tell her I need to count it. She gets soooo angry and then tells me my money is wrong even though she put it through the machine so I?m like why don?t you hand count it. She then did a useless job of hand counting and had an attitude again. I?m the end I just asked her to give me the money back. Looks like she?s got something going on because she was absolutely miserable and needed someone else to let her anger out on but sorry that person is not going to be me. Fix your attitude. If you can?t be nice to people, the least you can do is not be nasty either! She was sooo impatient even though I was doing everything so quickly but her attitude stinks. You?d think she works for PWC or Goldman Sachs.

Incredibly rude postmaster. Have dropped off my pre-paid Royal Mail parcels at post offices for years now, with no issues. However this man would not take my parcel, told me the label was not readable (it was, seeing as it was printed), and didn?t do anything to try and help or find a solution, like simply typing in the barcode number. Told me to go to Royal Mail directly. Seemed offended that I?d come with a pre-paid label by saying ?you bypassed us?. Cannot believe how rude and unhelpful he was.

Rude service I had 3 parcels to send and after the lady had processed 2 of them I held up the next one she said ?how many have you got? in a really rude tone as if I was inconveniencing her. I?m sure people must regularly send a lot more than that, the shop wasn?t busy either. It sounds like a lot of people are experiencing rude service here so it isn?t a one off.

Horrible post office, the owner decide note to take the parcels with ebay postave labels because his dont have" PROFIT" on them. Thats horrible attitude and it is no any other post offices aroubd my score -10. Definitly will be complaining to mine Royal mail office

A customer of over 30 years and would happily go elsewhere if I could. The postmaster is rude, arrogant, ignorant and shouldn't be in a customer-facing role. Understaffed and totally disorganised. Having queued for ages to post a pre-paid parcel and buy a paper I was told to go to the post office counter to post the parcel. I had to join another queue that went back to the door. After about 10 minutes queueing I was told quite bluntly that I should have used the previous counter as it was pre-paid and I'd have to return to the original counter and rejoin the queue again to pay for the paper. I didn't bother. Monty Python could make a series out of this place.

What can I say that hasn't already been said.The poster master was incredibly rude to me today in front of a long queue of people because my bank notes were folded.I tried to explain I had straightened them earlier but with these plastic notes it's impossible.He continued to berate me in front of all the customers.Awful Awful man, clearly he has no manners or customers service skills.????Edit????I have submitted an official complaint to the Post office regarding this matter. I suggest anyone else treated rudely by the postmaster do the same.

Good manners cost nothing, the postmasters manners here are simply appalling! Ignorant is an understatement, I only wish I could leave less than one star.If you can go anywhere else, I advise to do so. They simply do not deserve to be kept in business.
