Zero stars! Absolute scumbags. I returned a laptop to the UK. Paid the highest amount for fast delivery. Once it entered Customs Clearance Bureau there it sits locked away for weeks now. They send out a letter with a way to contact them by email but nobody replies and there is no way to contact them and no hope. I just... read full comment
