Went into your Coventry store today to buy my Daughter the bracelet & 2 charms. The lady that served me. Think her name was Dawn. Lovely lady. Extremely helpful. Friendly & knew her stuff about the charms when I didn't have a clue. Thank you. My Daughter will be over the moon with her bracelet come Christmas.
