Fantastic visit to the store excellent customer service and help with my banking. The service from Naz in store was first class and excellent.

This is the Worst Bank / Building society in terms of customer service. Worst manager too. I asked the staff to help me download and set up the app as I didn't have a customer number to hand and app had technical problems. They asked for ID, I gave them my British passport, they asked for my card I gave them, they asked...
