Lloyds bank in the city center is a disaster. My husband and I wanted to consolidate our debt. They have given wrong bic code. On calling customer care, they make you wait for hours and on visiting the branch they say ohh we get this a kot. Here, try this. Seriously?

Most staff walk around like they are forced to be there, just rude, you wait 40+ minutes to be seen, not even an apology or keeping people updated just a "sit there and wait"
