queud foo 30 mins told no prescciption,tel but inbox full. no response from main switchboard. no response from personal secretary. phamacc now closed .car parking over 2 hours. I await response disggraceful service worse than horizon,

Told to wait 30 mins for medicine to then be told it wasn't in . One week later no call from them. When they left me an answer phone message to ring them back they did not answer. Rung 15 times over 4 days at different times no reply so my daughter still does not have her medicine

Handed chemo tabs Perscription in on 22 nd. To be sent to Lloyds Kempes highway.,to arrive on Friday 26 Nov. This has not arrived. Been ringing you for over one hour. Nobody picks up . This is not good now what do we do !!!
