The lady on the till had great customer service skills, as did the gentlemen from the “WeFit” service. I had a new bulb fitted to my car quickly and efficiently. I think queuing at the till probably took about twice as long as getting the actual bulb fitted, which was the only downside.

Excellent customer service and a hassle free experience ? needed to return an e-bike for an under warranty repair after motor failure, spoke to Jack in the bike hut and was made fully aware of the process and timeframe.....needless to say I bought the bike in on the Thursday; by Friday afternoon it was ready for pick-up....
