Customer services online advised us to return a faulty pair of sliders to this store. The snotty female manager in store refused to exchange them because they had “been worn”. She had no understanding of the law and could not give a logical reason not to exchange. We then spoke to customer services again who refunded...

Very unprofessional staff, there’s a kind of scam going on in this store items with reduced price tags when you take it to the till they will charge you a higher price saying it’s different one from the ones which is on sale
