Friendly staff greeted us when we walked in through the door. An admin task was dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

I have been a customer of this society for many years, although many branches have closedown the one in Coventry town closed from the High Street and relocated in a much better position. All the staff are friendly and they have a good comfortable waiting area.
