Absolutely appalling customer service, staff are rude do not collect parcels from here they have no idea what they are doing and refused to see if my parcel was in the back and argued with me for 15 mins instead of having a look. If I didn't have to come here as my local shop I wouldn't. Not all staff but some staff in particular are so rude.

Awesome store with Good Staffs and they helped me lot to find products and rates are very reasonable
