This is the best charity shop in Coventry city centre. Got pickpocketed of my phone in the middle of the store, the staff claimed there was no CCTV in the store and looked at me blankly and didn't help me at all afterwards, didn't ring the police didn't do anything and talked to me rudely. Disappointed because I was a regular customer.
