They need to have a word with the woman that serves at the till, I've seen happier death row inmates! She's the rudest person I've ever met! Want to work behind the till? Get some charisma and manners, you might find you days go quicker!

They refused to take my Evri parcel which is within weight and size limit. Saying the driver wouldn't take it. Funny enough as I never seem to have any issues in Tesco, Balsall Common - area covered by the same drivers!Horrendous customer service.
