The worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Lack of empathy of the staff, after consulting a doctor you have to wait several days for medicines. Total rock bottom.

The worst Boots pharmacy anywhere. Rude unpleasant staff, very poor service, waiting for over 4 days for an urgent prescription because they 'are short staffed'. Pity my illness don't doesn't go away when they are short staffed.Why on earth do Boots close a perfectly decent pharmacy with excellent service for something... read full comment
