Ordered click and collect for next days but didn’t receive any notification to collect my order. Called twice in store but staff failed to resolve the issue. Two weeks later collected my order after calling to the store. Staff failed to explain why it was late and failed to apologise for the delay. Very poor communication....

Been to this store twice in a week. Great store with lots of choice. However, the guy doing the timber cutting was very grumpy. Also, there was no timber cutting service over lunchtime, which resulted in a long wait and then a big queue.
