Dishonest. Penny pinching. Closes early. Refuses to refund when they overcharge! (With the receipt) Sell cheap nasty unfit for purpose shoes then refuse to refund them. Very very poor service on collection. This is the third time I’m facing such a bad experience. Waiting more than 40 minutes for collection. None of the staffs know how to guide us or what to do. Some of the staffs behaviour is also so rude … ?

Great Customer service, purchased a quilt but picked up the wrong size. Went back to change it and Customer Service were fantastic!! Exchanged and trouble free and so efficient. Fantastic experience
