Not a great experience. They had Jedi Survivor for Xbox marked up at £39.99 and refused to honour the price and offered a pre-owned version. They then removed all from shop floor. This is not great, they have lost a customer!

WORST MANAGERESS EVER!My nine year old daughter bought a soft toy for her bday. We discovered damage on it half an hour later so brought toy back to be swapped or refunded.
