I like drinking bubble tea and decided to try one from Costa. I waited 20 minutes because 3 workers couldn't open the bubbles container as they were afraid to break their fake nails. My 7yr old daughter needed to use the bathroom just as the started to clean up and was told she can't use the bathroom. Very upsetting!
