Absolutely DISCUSTING!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff are rude, no customer service skills at all! Broke my PlayStation wire and controller charger. AVOID merry hill sotre.

Been to this cex on 3 different occasions and all 3 times they say they have to do a bank transfer and it will take time as theres not enough staff to test the products and there backed up with loads of things to test you think a company like this would have enough staff never experienced it in any cex.
