Love the clothes and loads of sales but oh !!! The ques were horrendous. Surely people returning items, refunds ect could be done at a till upstairs? The ques were snaking around half the store and this staff member took in 8 items of clothing put them all on hangers and racks after the client had left. That left just ONE... read full comment
