Went this morning at 9-40 the shop was still closed, The sign on the door says open at 9 on Saturday, This is a disgrace.why couldn't the manager have cover ready in case of emergency.lotd of people waiting outside in the -1 temperature.very shoddy service .

I am a regular customer at William Hill shops this was my third visit to this shop and each time I've been greeted by a really pleasant friendly chap with a beard,other shops I use the staff aren't very sociable,
