Went to WH smith this morning. I went to the cashier, I said good morning and the old man at the counter never replied. "How Rude" I'm a tourist from Canada. All our cashier always say Good Morning

Some staff in there ain’t the brightest button. Hard to get through too and no understanding. Wannabe security guard in there who follows people about. Tills not staffed, left standing there.
