As a whole I love shopping at urban outfitters but it’s just the icing on the cake when the staff are attentive and generally brilliant.I was shopping about a week ago now and just wanted to say thankyou to Kate’s (i hope i’ve got your name right) because she was super helpful and made me feel heard straight away.
