wanted to fill my water bottle as the station's fountain was not working. was given hot water from hot tap! Wouldnt change water for cold - abysmal service.

Asked for a hazelnut latte, only one pump as you normally do 3/4 for a large. Still proceeded to do 3. Tasted it after going away. Was really sweet. Far too sweet in fact.
