Appalling service. The only thing guaranteed here is a long wait. Bank elsewhere...I know I will be.

Worst tsb branch ever stood for about an hour and a half waiting for the counter and only one person was dealing with the customers. Machine wasn’t working and all the staffs that were working was nowhere to be seen. To top it off a customer cut the line and a staff did nothing despite me telling her already.

Its true, unfortunately this place has gone downhill badly , full of newbies unprofessional, be prepared to be patient if u have to use this branch,
