Just wanted to say thank you to the lady who kindly wrote on my partners birthday balloon after I struggled to get it personalised. I brought some markers from the Works and she kindly wrote on the balloon which made mine and my daughters day complete. Thank you so much ?

Visited the Chelmsley Wood branch today and it was a breath of fresh air! A really lovely young man was so incredibly helpful in helping me choose some Christmas presents, as I had quite a few to buy.
