Not smiley team as usual, but worst of all, I wanted to collect an online order and find the shop was already closed at 5:28 and didn’t want to open for the order. I don’t think collecting a parcel will take more than 1 minute, but no worries at all as I am going to order from another brand and never order from this... read full comment
