I was at the Fragrance Shop( Bull ring) yesterday and met a lady called Abi. Her professionalism and customer service skills were highly commendable. Staff at Redditch are very ill-trained, ill-informed and downright rude. (There are one or two competent ones, but you are not always lucky enough to get them). Perfumes are genuine enough, but the Redditch Kingfisher store has appalling staff
