Staff were amazing. I went in with my service dog and was having a medical fit my dog alerted me. And the staff Kelly was amazing and helped me and made sure I was safe. I entered this shop approx 8 weeks ago and was discriminated against. Caroline and her two staff followed me around the shop for a while until i asked them if everything is ok.I was told i had 'previous' - I asked them what that meant, I was told for stealing. This left me in distress and lead to me have several panic attacks.... read full comment

I had a voucher for 1 pound off expiring today otherwise I would not very often shop here. The assistant said I was a few pence short of a qualifying spend and suggested I pick up a chocolate bar or something. I turned round to get ( actually some hot cross buns).
