Person on tills was v rude. On his phone and when I asked a question was very dismissive and continued speaking on the phone with both airpods in whilst speaking to me. There was a queue behind me and he didn't even aknowledge or offer to serve anyone

I would give them five as they're friendly enough here but there's a recurring situation I find where their delivery van has parked on dale street it somehow interferes with the traffic lights to get back onto Bristol road and it means they never turn green.
