Visited store earlier today with my husband. We were both deafened by the ridiculously loud music that was playing. It was really uncomfortable and meant we just couldn't focus on what we had gone in for. Also is it the job of the Asian lady standing at the door to continually stare at customers? Terrible customer service.Honestly disappointed with the lack of customer service, no people skills, horrible communication skills and staff that have an attitude for no reason. Totally understand that work isn’t always enjoyable but no reason to take it out on customers.

Arrogant staff. Avoid this branch. Especially if you come across Margaret…… claiming she worked for the brand for over 30 years doesn’t give her right to be arrogant….. very sad…….
