The customer service here is terrible. Employees talking to one another across tills while I am waiting to be served is not professional or acceptable

I was told to get out when I was waiting by the door with a trolley for my daughter who was next in line at the till The staff are absolutely rude!! I went in today and i had a very pleasant experience, employees are nice, welcoming and helpful. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Pim.
