Had to repeat myself numerous times as the assistant was too busy talking to their colleague. As for the sub, half eaten and thrown away. Dryer than Oscar Wilde. As for the nachos, four times I had to repeat myself, still got it wrong. MUST do better.

My recent visit to this Subway restaurant was incredibly disappointing. Despite arriving well before the posted closing time on Sunday at 4 pm, the staff, an Asian man and a girl, abruptly denied my order, claiming the restaurant was closed. Terrible food. I got sick and had a severe diarrhea right after having their wrap. Chicken taste like they were bad and the sauces were terrible, this really raised my concerns for food safety in Birmingham. I wouldn’t even give 1 star for this.
