not helpful stuff at all poor service been to most of the Sports Directs in birmingham happy with them but this is the just too worst

Terrible service today at SOLIHULL sports Direct. The online shop sent me the wrong size trainer with the right size trainer box. The manager and staff was very rude they don’t know how to speak with customers.I was trying to exchange a damaged jacket which I bought a day before.They did not want to exchange and the manager told me go to another store for exchange and she was very rude to me.
