I had a very recent appointment. I felt rushed. The Optician did not ask me to look left, right, up and down. When I mentioned it, I was told it was not really necessary , which it is. Nothing was mentioned about my right eye Cataract, so I asked, and was told I have Cataracts on both eyes, which I was not told in my appointment...

Really excellent communication from start to finish. Took my medication details and was treated with respect. My glasses came within a week.
