Fantastic overall experience - all staff were helpful, warm and welcoming. Birmingham New Street is an absolute credit to specsavers brand. Having only just moved to Birmingham last year the service levels are much greater than Leicester.

This is the second time I visited Specsavers but first time to this branch. Appreciate this is a busy store, but the staffs were not that professional and helpful. During my eye test,, the process was very quick and was way more faster than I previously had in Liverpool even I mentioned some of my concerns with my eyes.
My favourite optician! Been coming here since day dot -always friendly, professional and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and always feel looked after.
