Have to agree on how nice and helpful the staff are. Really.
Never had a problem or complaint in connection with using the services or shop but the staff are just such consistently nice people. And I've used this place for years. It's remarkable.

This is probably the most welcoming, happy, friendly, clean and enjoyable service station i have ever been to. The chap behind the counter welcomes you with hello and so happy to help with a lovely smile.
